The Program Manager role is hybrid, with onsite work three to five days per week in Bethesda, MD, supporting a federal client. Pay is $180,000–$200,000 per year. Evolver provides information technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services to federal agencies and other organizations. The manager directs contract operational support across complex, interrelated projects, coordinating teams, customer relationships, schedules, costs, reporting, and contractual obligations to ensure successful delivery.

• Organize and manage contract operational support functions and multiple project tasks

• maintain senior-level customer interfaces
• develop and review task plans and deliverables
• monitor schedules, costs, and contractual obligations
• prepare technical and financial progress reports
• assign responsibilities and oversee task completion
• support identification and acquisition of potential business.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree, 10 years of progressively responsible information systems design or management experience, five years of project development and management, five years managing funds and resources, PMP certification, and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) clearance.
