What you'll do

• Provide customer service and support outside sales staff on mechanical equipment orders
• answer technical product questions
• identify appropriate products and advise on substitutions or modifications
• select and specify products
• coordinate complex issues with technicians, managers, or manufacturers
• prepare quotations
• communicate pricing and delivery updates
• obtain purchase order or payment information
• resolve invoicing or credit discrepancies.
