Make-Ready Technician

Job overview

The Make-Ready Technician role is onsite in Spring, TX, with pay of $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare vacant units to rent-ready condition on schedule
• patch and repair sheetrock
• prep and paint walls, ceilings, and trim
• resurface tubs and counters
• replace fixtures, hardware, and blinds
• install and check appliances
• complete flooring preparation and punch-out repairs
• confirm basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC functions
• complete final detail cleaning and unit walkthroughs
• use the make-ready worksheet to meet projected completion dates.
