What you'll do
- Work on Blow Molders and all pieces of beverage and filling equipment
- Perform scheduled service activities (Audit, Line Start-up, Help Desk, Service Work, modifications)
- Carry out line/machine restarts following maintenance or modification, Upgrade, Retrofit
- Draw up detailed technical reports
- Coordinate and manage on-site subcontractors
- Manage technical, operational, and temporal details of each intervention
- Ensure on-site working conditions align with safety standards
- Perform troubleshooting, remote activities, and Help Desk services
- Assist with development of new products and upgrades
- Provide input on equipment layout for new projects
- Install/mechanical upgrades
- Troubleshoot complex process issues
- Lead a team on installation and/or equipment commissioning
- Create complex SOPs
- Inspect, repair, test, and optimize Blow Molders and other Beverage and Filling equipment
- Install, Mechanically and Electrically new Blow Molders and other Beverage and Filling equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues
- Write clear and thorough inspection reports and field service reports
- Recommend available upgrades and optimizations
- Provide accurate estimates of labor times
- Provide technical training to customers
- Initiate recommendations for improved tools and procedures
- Provide support to internal stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
- Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related (foreign equivalent acceptable) and 36 months of experience in job offered or related, including experience with Liquid filling equipment, mechanical installation, service, or repair/troubleshooting experience.
