What you'll do

• Manage assigned accounts and make collection calls and follow-up emails
• document collection activity and customer communications
• resolve inbound cases through Zendesk and Salesforce within established SLAs
• research invoice discrepancies, disputes, and payment application issues with Billing
• coordinate outreach and escalations with Customer Success Managers
• monitor aging and SLA targets
• reconcile accounts and apply payments, credits, and adjustments
• identify recurring issues and support reporting, audits, and process documentation.
