Member Services – Fitness Center (Part-Time)

The Member Services – Fitness Center role is onsite in Buffalo Grove, IL. Compensation is $18.50–$19.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Review and reconcile daily business transactions and sales totals
• maintain membership tracking logs and records
• process cancellations, freezes, and other membership changes
• assist with membership, billing, and account questions
• provide administrative support for memberships and Fitness Center operations
• support front desk staff and member and guest needs
• provide information about memberships, services, programs, policies, and procedures
• maintain confidential member information
• respond to questions and concerns in person, by phone, and email
• communicate issues to staff and supervisors
• complete data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
• maintain an organized and welcoming environment
• perform additional assigned duties.
