Full-Time Therapist — Youth Residential Behavioral Health

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans
• use evidence-based interventions
• support coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and relationships
• monitor progress and update plans
• collaborate with clinical staff, nursing, leadership, families, and treatment-team members
• participate in case reviews and discharge planning
• provide crisis intervention as appropriate
• maintain timely clinical documentation and meet facility, professional, and regulatory standards.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health field, and current Nevada licensure or clinical internship status, such as CSW-I/LCSW, MFT-I/LMFT, or CPC-I/CPC, or equivalent. Youth and residential behavioral health experience is preferred.
