What you'll do

• Lead and motivate the Closing Team
• monitor sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and other indicators
• coach and mentor closers
• conduct sales meetings and performance reviews
• assist with complex customer opportunities and objection handling
• review proposals, agreements, and customer documentation
• reinforce sales processes, pricing guidelines, and policies
• coordinate with sales leaders and other departments
• support onboarding and training
• maintain accurate CRM records
• help resolve customer and sales issues.
