The Project Coordinator I is an onsite, full-time role in Argyle, TX, paying $18–$20 per hour. The role exists to help keep construction projects organized and moving through administrative coordination, documentation, and communication with contractors and internal teams. It contributes to project execution by maintaining records, routing submittals, tracking requirements, and supporting project setup.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative and project support to Division Managers, Journeymen, and installation crews
• maintain project files and database information
• complete certification applications and project paperwork
• support review and routing of submittals
• assist with insurance, safety, and compliance coordination
• review correspondence
• track contractor invoicing requirements
• help set up projects
• document project communications
• communicate with contractors and customers by phone and email.
