Operations Finance Manager

The Operations Finance Manager role is onsite in Jacksonville, Florida; Rockaway, New Jersey may also be considered. Base salary is $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus a 10–15% bonus depending on experience. The manager partners with plant leadership and supports financial reporting for other plants. This role analyzes plant costs and performance, improves forecasts, and turns operational data into recommendations that support profitability and working capital. It prepares budgets, forecasts, reports, and financial models, and presents findings to operations and finance leaders.

What you'll do

• Analyze plant profit and loss statements, manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, and operational results
• investigate standard-cost and production variances
• prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial models
• partner with plant managers and supply chain teams on profitability and working capital
• present findings and recommendations to operations and finance leadership.
