What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• perform service, maintenance, and plumbing installations
• troubleshoot leaks, water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, and water lines
• educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• deliver an exceptional customer experience
• maintain accurate job notes and invoices using ServiceTitan
• keep company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
• follow all plumbing codes and safety standards.
