What you'll do

• Welcome residents and guests
• provide hospitality and local information
• help maintain the entrance, lobby, and common spaces
• record and follow up on service requests in hospitality software
• escalate issues as needed
• receive and deliver mail, packages, dry-cleaning, and personal items
• stay informed about community services and programming
• assist with transportation scheduling
• communicate with team members
• may drive a company vehicle if required by the community.
