What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking
• take responsibility for the quality of products served
• follow portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures
• stock line stations
• portion and prepare food according to recipes
• maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• handle, store, and rotate products properly
• assist with food preparation during off-peak periods.
