What you'll do

• Manage the project from startup through completion and closeout
• coordinate subcontractors, field teams, design professionals, and government representatives
• oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• manage new construction and renovation in an active healthcare facility
• coordinate building-system scopes
• address issues affecting schedule, budget, quality, or progress
• ensure compliance with plans, specifications, contract requirements, and federal standards
• coordinate inspections, testing, shutdowns, tie-ins, turnover, punch list, commissioning, and closeout.

Why this role
