What you'll do

• Restrain animals for examinations and treatments
• assist doctors with patient treatment
• collect weights and laboratory specimens
• manage medical treatments and administer anesthesia under veterinarian direction
• take digital radiographs and photos
• maintain patient records
• monitor patient comfort and hygiene
• manage prescriptions, controlled-drug logs, inventory, and room supplies.
