What you'll do

• Process payroll
• administer ADP HRIS and maintain data integrity
• oversee benefits programs and vendor relationships
• maintain compliant, audit-ready personnel records
• lead full-cycle recruiting and support security-clearance hiring and proposal staffing
• develop onboarding
• track recruiting metrics
• coordinate company events and engagement activities
• support training, performance management, workforce planning, and process improvements.
