What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking facilities, grounds, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report unauthorized access, maintenance concerns, or suspicious activity
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations according to site protocols
• prepare reports and maintain activity logs, incident documentation, and shift communications.
