What you'll do
- Support individuals’ health, safety, welfare, and emotional well-being

- assist with relationships and self-directed living
- implement established treatment plans
- communicate effectively
- transport individuals in agency vehicles as needed
- maintain required certifications
- report concerns to supervisors
- and follow company policies and the Direct Support Professional Code of Ethics. The schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekdays, and weekends
