What you'll do

• Assist with resident work orders
• inspect, clean, maintain, and remove snow from property grounds as applicable
• perform cleaning and upkeep
• assist with move-in turnover, including painting and general maintenance
• maintain a safe and organized work area
• follow site safety and hazardous communication standards
• assist with pool-area maintenance
• deliver resident correspondence
• complete site inspections and records
• service electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance systems
• respond to after-hours on-call emergencies and work orders as part of a rotation.

Why this role

Expected schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. A week-long on-call rotation is required every other week, with bonus pay included. Basic maintenance tools and reliable transportation are required.
