The Caregiver, Lifting and Transfers role is onsite in Franklin, TN, with pay of $16–$25 per hour. This part-time assignment supports a Franklin-area home-care client who needs full assistance with daily living activities and close fall-risk supervision. The caregiver provides hands-on personal care, safe transfer assistance, active safety monitoring, companionship, and related home support while following the client’s care plan and maintaining continuity across scheduled shifts.

What you'll do

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, positioning, and transfers
• follow approved transfer techniques and equipment training
• monitor fall risks and maintain a hazard-free environment
• provide companionship and reassurance
• prepare simple meals and snacks and encourage hydration as appropriate
• perform light housekeeping
• observe, document, and promptly report changes, falls, near falls, or safety concerns
• complete required visit verification and care notes.
