• Manage commercial roofing projects from planning through closeout
• oversee budgets, job costing, scheduling, and profitability

• manage project documentation, contracts, permits, submittals, and change orders
• monitor progress, quality, and contractual compliance
• maintain client relationships
• oversee billing, financial reporting, and closeout documentation.
