Field Services Technician — IT Infrastructure and Client Support

What you'll do

• Install cabling, cameras, access-control devices, wireless networks, computers, printers, and VoIP systems
• run, terminate, label, and test Cat5e/Cat6 cabling
• deploy PCs, laptops, printers, and phones
• troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, and software issues
• assist with office moves and technology refreshes
• document work in the ticketing platform.
