What you'll do

• Lead client relationships across multiple private equity funds
• apply limited partnership agreements to fund operations and reporting
• prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR metrics
• manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews
• respond to client requests
• train junior staff
• and improve operational processes.
