Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer

The Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer role is onsite in Huntsville, AL. Salary is $120,000–$130,000 per year. Sigma Defense supports U.S. Department of Defense customers with advanced electronic warfare systems. The engineer leads systems engineering from concept through production and fielding, integrating RF, communications, and electronic warfare capabilities. The role contributes to operational systems through requirements management, hardware and software integration, verification, testing, risk mitigation, and customer demonstrations.

What you'll do

• Lead the systems engineering lifecycle
• develop requirements, interface documents, architectures, and verification plans
• design and integrate RF and electronic warfare systems
• integrate radios, amplifiers, antennas, power systems, and embedded platforms
• conduct laboratory troubleshooting and testing
• analyze RF performance
• develop production documentation
• coordinate with engineering teams
• support customer demonstrations, field exercises, and acceptance testing.
