The Registered Nurse (RN), Aging Life Care Specialist role is onsite, providing one-to-one home care throughout Rhode Island; the listing location is Warwick, RI. Compensation is $43–$45 per hour. What you'll do

• Develop and maintain patient care plans
• coordinate with physicians, community members, and staff to connect patients with resources
• communicate professionally using an iPhone and laptop
• drive to patient homes throughout Rhode Island
• provide one-to-one home care.
