Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC). Licensed Mental Health Therapist Compensation: Paid bi-weekly. Master s Level Provisionally Licensed: $60/hr for intake, $55/hr for follow-up. Master s Level Fully Licensed: $68/hr for intake, $63/hr for follow-up.
