What you'll do
- Monitor network, system, and service health
- detect, log, and categorize incidents
- respond to alarms and customer-reported issues
- perform initial WAN/LAN and FTTH troubleshooting
- document and manage trouble tickets
- escalate major or unresolved incidents with clear notes
- coordinate with internal teams, field operations, carriers, engineering, and vendors
- and maintain shift logs and incident updates.
