What you'll do

• Clean and groom property grounds
• trim and maintain foliage
• repair and renovate landscapes
• maintain building exteriors and surrounding grounds
• tend flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs
• apply fertilizer and insecticides
• shovel snow when necessary
• mow lawns
• perform assigned installations for new homes
• clear shoreline lots
• maintain supplies and track assignment time
• follow equipment safety procedures and provide courteous service to residents.
