What you'll do

• Verify jobs against travelers and customer specifications for color, finish, and coverage
• confirm proper cure before handling or packing
• visually inspect coated surfaces for defects
• segregate, label, and report nonconforming parts for rework or scrap and escalate recurring issues
• handle and stage finished parts to prevent damage
• pack to specification using approved materials
• label boxes, racks, and pallets according to job travelers or shipping paperwork
• complete inspection logs and production records
• maintain clean, organized inspection and packing zones to 5S standards
• follow safety, quality, and powder-coat handling procedures.
