What you'll do

• Sell spare parts and equipment accessories
• help customers identify parts
• prepare verbal and written quotations
• process orders through SAP
• prepare customer credits, return authorizations, warranty replacement documents, and customs papers as needed
• update customers on order delivery changes
• resolve shipment and accounting issues
• coordinate with Field Service Engineers and Aftersales staff
• manage customer cases in the CRM system.
