What you'll do

• Support product strategy, long-term roadmaps, and platform evolution
• conduct user interviews, competitive research, and market assessments
• evaluate initiatives through ROI analysis and business case modeling
• translate business goals into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with engineering and design
• participate in agile ceremonies and track sprint progress
• coordinate with Operations, Technology, and Commercial partners
• define success metrics and support measurement of product performance, adoption, and business impact.
