Guest Service Agent

What you'll do

• Manage inbound calls, including room service, Star Service and maintenance requests
• coordinate with hotel teams
• use the property management system to look up guest information, process requests and provide messaging
• enter VIP wake-up calls
• maintain knowledge of hotel services and activities
• follow scripts and quality standards
• protect guest confidentiality
• record interactions
• support emergency communications procedures.
