What you'll do
- Advise public entities on contracting and procurement
- draft, review, and negotiate professional services, engineering, procurement, technology, public works, and construction agreements
- handle complex public works and construction litigation
- manage disputes involving delays, differing site conditions, defective work, and surety bond claims
- advise on California Public Records Act compliance
- conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
- manage matters and collaborate with attorneys.
