What you'll do

• Lead maintenance and operation of campus buildings, grounds, utilities, and mechanical systems
• implement preventive maintenance and work-order programs
• inspect facilities and ensure regulatory compliance
• manage tools, inventory, and vendor contracts
• oversee equipment and snow operations
• plan capital projects and budgets
• supervise facilities personnel
• and lead facilities emergency response, including availability outside normal business hours as needed.

Why this role
