What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portioning guidelines, and quality standards
• assist with chopping, mixing, seasoning, and plating
• maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
• monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• operate kitchen equipment safely and report concerns
• and support special menu items, daily specials, and dietary requests as directed.
