Transportation Coordinator

The Transportation Coordinator role is onsite in Dousman, WI, and pays $18.07–$22.08 per hour. The role supports Three Pillars residents by coordinating transportation to appointments, events, and other destinations. This position coordinates resident trips and facility vehicle use, drives residents and delivers requested items, and maintains vehicle records and basic readiness. It helps residents access appointments and activities while supporting safe, organized transportation across campus.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule resident transportation with health care coordinators, social workers, residents, and medical providers
• drive residents to appointments, shopping, and other destinations and assist them in and out of vehicles as needed
• pick up and deliver medications and supplies
• communicate reminders and pickup times
• schedule campus vehicle use
• perform routine vehicle checks and cleaning and report issues
• maintain vehicle logs and enter data
• coordinate billing for fee-for-service transportation
• provide first aid or Heimlich assistance as needed
• orient and train volunteer drivers as backup to the Lifestyles Manager.
