• Provide nursing services under the state Nurse Practice Act, agency policy, and professional standards
• conduct physical assessments and reassessments as directed
• report changes in client condition
• contribute to care plans
• administer infusions and injectables and manage IV access
• promote safety and infection control
• maintain confidentiality and professional development.
