What you'll do

• Read and follow recipes
• track inventory and communicate needs to the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
• follow kitchen, portion-control, and health department standards
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• handle, store, and rotate products properly
• follow opening and closing checklists
• perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
