The Press Machine Operator II / Web Pressman II – 1st Shift is an onsite, full-time role in Saint Cloud, MN. Pay is $23–$28 per hour, and the schedule is 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role is in the Offset Printing department and reports to the Pressroom Manager. The pressman operates and supports web printing presses with limited supervision, maintaining production quality, safety, and efficiency. The Level II operator also supports training and mentoring Level I employees and works with maintenance, quality, and finishing teams to meet production targets.

What you'll do

• Operate assigned web press sections
• perform setup, makeready, and changeovers
• load and thread paper webs and adjust tension, registration, and ink flow
• monitor print quality and make routine adjustments
• troubleshoot common issues
• inspect and approve samples
• document quality checks and production data
• follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
• guide and train Level I employees.

Why this role
