Radio Communications Technician, Programming and Repair

What you'll do

• Develop and document radio code plugs and programming templates
• configure portable and mobile radios
• troubleshoot radio, antenna, power, audio, and connectivity issues
• repair or replace components and coordinate outside service when needed
• test equipment after programming or repair
• maintain inventories, backups, and service records
• create provider training documents and quick-reference guides
• travel between company locations for technical support and preventive maintenance.
