What you'll do

• Participate in preconstruction and identify constructability or scope issues with the project manager
• contribute to scope, buy-out, and schedule development and review
• address owner, landlord, and government requirements
• understand project strategy, financial goals, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections
• oversee daily field operations, safety, progress, quality control, and site cleanliness
• maintain accurate project schedules
• communicate changes and job conditions
• build professional subcontractor and vendor relationships
• manage punch lists
• participate in training and mentor assistant superintendents
• travel 100% of the time.
