The Director, Capital Markets works onsite in Atlanta, GA. The annual base compensation range is $225,000–$280,000, plus benefits and equity. The role supports RUM Group, an AI infrastructure and video company building AI compute, cloud infrastructure, and video technologies. This senior finance leader develops and executes capital-markets strategy to support growth, operating needs, acquisitions, and long-term financial objectives. The director evaluates funding options, leads financing transactions, manages liquidity and capital-structure planning, and advises executive leadership on financing, risk, and market conditions.

What you'll do

• Develop capital-markets strategies
• evaluate financing alternatives
• lead structuring, negotiation, diligence, and execution of financing transactions
• oversee liquidity and capital-structure planning
• monitor market conditions, borrowing costs, and financial exposures
• support reporting, controls, and audit readiness
• maintain relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and advisors
• advise executives and the Board
• lead and develop the Capital Markets team.
