The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Mobile, AL. Compensation is $75,624–$84,656 per year. What you'll do

• Perform initial nursing assessments for new admissions
• complete, coordinate, and revise plans of care
• collaborate with appropriate staff to maintain continuity
• communicate patient progress to the clinical manager, physician, and care team
• maintain accurate and timely patient records
• record pain and symptom-management changes and outcomes
• educate families
• make referrals to other hospice disciplines as needed or document the rationale for not doing so
• perform assigned on-call responsibilities and services.
