• Set direction and priorities for assigned business units
• coach and develop Operations Managers and Supervisors
• oversee production plans and plant KPIs
• lead innovation and project execution
• manage business planning, budgets, and resource allocation
• champion lean manufacturing and KIWS
• promote safety, accountability, and engagement
• ensure regulatory and internal compliance
• collaborate with support functions and external stakeholders.
