What you'll do

• Owns all warehouse training for new Selectors and Drivers during the first 90 days.
• Leads a team of trainers and new hires through onboarding.
• Directs scheduling, classroom and floor training, and metric tracking.
• Provides performance feedback and coaching.
• Analyzes performance data to identify coaching opportunities and improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborates with leadership to ensure safety and productivity goals are achieved.
