Medication Technician

The Medication Technician role is onsite in Medford, OR. Compensation is not specified. The role also guides care partners on shift, supports training and scheduling, and helps maintain medication storage and distribution in accordance with policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Pass medications and assist with self-administration as required by state law
• guide and support Med Techs and Care Partners on shift
• participate in interviews as needed
• orient and train team members
• coach staff with the Administrator
• collaborate on scheduling
• supervise medication storage, distribution, and discontinuation
• maintain policy and procedure compliance.
