What you'll do

• Develop and lead global Hematology franchise communications strategy
• create portfolio narratives and annual plans
• plan communications for clinical data, regulatory milestones, launches, and lifecycle events
• translate scientific and clinical information for priority audiences
• coordinate with commercial, medical, research and development, clinical, regulatory, legal, market access, and patient advocacy teams
• lead congress communications
• advise the Chief Medical Officer and scientific leaders
• prepare executive messaging
• monitor issues and reputation risks
• track communications metrics and manage budgets and agency partners.
