What you'll do

• Assist the Tissue Recovery Manager with monitoring and improving tissue recovery
• assess and advise on potential tissue donors
• guide and train recovery staff
• coordinate training and competency activities
• participate in non-conformance resolution and case reviews
• support compliance with FDA, AATB, and other applicable standards
• assist with scheduling and departmental administration
• serve required on-call shifts and as a tissue administrator on-call
• travel to regional offices and hospitals in Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.
