What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow on the assigned unit
• supervise and support LPNs, RNs, and CNAs
• monitor resident care for compliance with standards and regulations
• review and update care plans and clinical records
• administer medications and treatments as needed
• communicate with physicians, residents, and families
• assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
• support infection control and quality improvement
• provide staff leadership, training, and mentorship
• ensure adherence to facility policies and regulations.
