What you'll do

• Manage MAC projects including relocations, workspace reconfigurations, furniture installations, restacks, and workplace enhancements
• track schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• apply project governance and best practices
• prepare status, move, occupancy, risk, and executive reports
• monitor concurrent projects for compliance with workplace standards
• coordinate facilities, technology, security, furniture, and construction vendors
• manage stakeholder communications and move readiness
• forecast schedules, budgets, occupancy plans, and resources
• coordinate space planning
• oversee moves and post-move support
• support change management.
